Maureen is a highly experienced property management professional with nearly 20 years of experience in the industry. She has worked with several property management companies, including Arnel, where she began as a Manager in Training at a 342 unit property in Irvine. Within six weeks, she was promoted to Leasing Director, overseeing all leasing and marketing aspects and training staff. In the same year, she won the Rising Leasing Star award. Maureen was promoted to Community Manager in Anaheim, where she managed 280 units before moving back to Irvine as a Business Manager at a 342 unit property. She was then promoted to Community Manager in Anaheim, nominated for the SCAA Gem Awards, and eventually promoted to Executive Leasing Director in Westminster overseeing over 700 units. She transferred to the largest properties, managing over 648 units in Los Angeles County and ending her career with Arnel at the largest property in Fullerton, managing over 742 units and training all managers and staff with leasing and marketing.
Maureen started working with Westcal in 2017 as a Community Manager before being promoted to Senior Community Manager in 2018. In 2020, she was promoted to Regional Manager and is now overseeing properties in Pittsburg, Campbell and San Jose.
Maureen holds a California Real Estate License.
