Paul Dorofeyev is a highly experienced Property Support Manager for Westcal Management, with almost a decade of expertise in the property management industry. He began his career as a Property Manager, quickly advancing to the role of Regional Manager before taking on his current position as the Property Support Manager for Westcal Management.
In this highly complex and critical position, Paul leads RealPage new initiatives, onboards all new properties, and maintains RealPage compliance. He is responsible for ensuring that all properties under the management of Westcal are operating at the highest level of efficiency and effectiveness.
Paul's professional experience is complemented by his education, including a Bachelor of Science in Kinesiology from Sacramento State and an A.A. in Language Studies from American River College. Paul also holds a California Real Estate license, demonstrating his dedication to ongoing learning and development.
