JOURNEYMAN CARPENTER:


+ Minimum of four years’ carpentry experience

+ Framing and siding

APPRENTICE CARPENTER:


+ 2-3 years’ carpentry experience

+ Hand tool knowledge & experience

PAINTER:


+ 2+ years’ experience

+ Interior/exterior

+ Experience with spray tools/rollers

GENERAL LABORER:


+ Assist Carpenters

+ Apartment community porter/maintenance

+ Training and growth opportunities

MAINTENANCE TECHNICIAN:


+ Turnover/work order maintenance

+ Light electrical/plumbing

+ Painting

HVAC/MAINTENANCE TECHNICIAN:


+ 3+ years’ HVAC experience (certified)

+ EPA License

+ Appliance repair

+ Electrical repair/replace

+ Plumbing repair/replace
