With over 40 years of experience in real estate investment, Michael Force has navigated the industry from every angle—as a property owner, manager, developer, attorney, receiver, and managing agent. A licensed Real Estate Broker in California and an inactive member of the Oregon State Bar, Mike brings extensive expertise to every aspect of property management and investment.
As Principal and CEO of Westcal Management, Mike oversees the management of 6,000+ apartment units and commercial properties throughout Northern California. In addition to leading Westcal, he personally owns and manages apartment buildings and an office complex, further demonstrating his deep commitment to the industry.
Before relocating to California in 1991 to take the helm at Westcal Management, Mike served as Executive Vice President of a Seattle-based management company, overseeing 900,000 square feet of commercial space and 5,000+ residential units. His career also includes leadership roles in insurance and legal claims for a major Northwest retail company, as well as serving as Vice President and Counsel for a large manufacturing firm.
